Terms & data processing
The terms that apply when you use the RazorERP website, and how RazorERP processes customer data on its customers’ behalf when providing the RazorERP service.
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms are between you and Razor ERP LLC (“RazorERP”, “we”, “us”). Part 1 applies to anyone using www.razorerp.com. Part 2 summarizes how RazorERP processes customer data when providing the RazorERP service.
Part 1: Website terms of use
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website describes RazorERP and our services for general information. It is not an offer or a contract. What we provide to a customer, and on what terms, is set out in that customer’s agreement with us.
Product views on the website are illustrations built with sample data. They show how RazorERP is used, not a particular customer’s configuration or results.
What you may not do
Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, tries to gain unauthorized access, or collects information from it by automated means beyond what a normal search engine does.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the RazorERP name and logo, belong to RazorERP or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, change, or republish them without our written permission.
Names of other companies and products on this website, including integration partners, are the trademarks of their owners. Their use does not imply that those owners endorse RazorERP, except where a partnership is stated.
Information you send us
When you send us a form or a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you may share it. We handle it as our privacy policy describes.
Other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, or free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent the law allows, RazorERP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Part 2: Data processing
Which agreement applies
The RazorERP service is provided under each customer’s agreement with RazorERP, together with our service level agreement and acceptable use policy. This part summarizes how we process customer data under those agreements. If it conflicts with a signed agreement or data processing agreement, the signed document prevails. A data processing agreement can be requested through our security documents page.
Roles
The customer controls the data it puts into the RazorERP service and decides how it is used. RazorERP processes that data on the customer’s behalf, as a processor or service provider, to provide the service.
Our commitments
- Process customer data only to provide, support, and secure the service, and on the customer’s documented instructions.
- Require everyone at RazorERP with access to customer data to keep it confidential.
- Protect customer data with the measures of our ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified information security management system.
- Use subprocessors only under written contracts with equivalent data protection obligations, and give customers notice before adding or replacing one. See subprocessors.
- Help customers respond to requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights.
- Notify affected customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach of their data, with the information they need to meet their own obligations.
- Make our ISO/IEC 27001 certificate and other security documentation available for customer reviews.
- Return or delete customer data when the agreement ends, as described below.
End of the agreement
A customer can export its data before its agreement ends. RazorERP keeps customer data for twelve (12) months after the agreement ends, so that the service can be restored if the customer returns, and then deletes it, unless the law requires us to keep it. A customer can ask for deletion sooner.
Connected systems
When a customer connects RazorERP to another system, such as a shipping carrier, marketplace, accounting system, data erasure tool, or environmental reporting partner, data moves to that system on the customer’s instructions and is governed by the customer’s own agreement with its provider.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions about this document can go to info@razorerp.com, to 215-515-7300, or through the contact page.
