Subprocessors
How RazorERP selects and oversees the third parties that process data on its behalf, the subprocessor list customers receive, and how changes are notified.
Last updated November 3, 2026
A subprocessor is a third party that RazorERP uses to process customer data or personal information on our behalf. This page explains how we choose and oversee them, and how customers can see the current list.
How we choose and oversee subprocessors
- Each subprocessor is reviewed for security and data protection before we use it, as part of our ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified information security management system.
- Each one works under a written contract that requires it to protect the data and use it only to provide its services to RazorERP.
- We review our subprocessors regularly, and remain responsible to our customers for the work they do for us.
The RazorERP service
Subprocessors for the RazorERP service fall into categories such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, backup and recovery, email delivery, and customer support. The current list, with each subprocessor’s name, purpose, and location, is provided to customers and to organizations evaluating RazorERP. Request it through our security documents page.

Systems customers connect
When a customer connects RazorERP to another provider, such as a shipping carrier, marketplace, accounting system, data erasure tool like Blancco, or environmental reporting partner such as Rejoose or Bloom ESG, data moves to that provider on the customer’s instructions. Those providers act for the customer under its own agreement with them, so they are not RazorERP subprocessors.
Changes
We notify customers before a new subprocessor begins processing their data, so they have the opportunity to raise concerns. Questions about this document can go to info@razorerp.com, to 215-515-7300, or through the contact page.
