A soft seat safety relief valve typically uses an elastomer material, such as Silicone or Viton. The sealing material in the internals of the valve will depend on the compatibility of media flowing through the valve. This Safety Valve is NOT adjustable. This Safety Valve Is Preset at 160 PSI And Has a Flow Rate (SCFM) Of 141. Conrader safety valves are designed to protect unfired pressure vessels and systems from over pressure in compressed air and gas applications. The valves are not deemed "Lead Free". The soft seat safety valve (SRV-Series) has an elastomer seal. Set Pressure Tolerance: +2 psig up to and including 70 psig, +3% of set pressure greater than 70 psig. Operating Temperature Range: -65 degrees Fahrenheit to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Materials of Construction: Seat, Cap, Piston: ASTM B16 Brass Spring: 17-7 Stainless Steel Seal: Silicone or Viton.
